Although today is May the 4th (Star Wars Day), tomorrow is an important day in the history of space exploration. On May 5th, the Mars lander, InSight, will launch from Vandenberg Air Force Base in Southern California. Not only is this space mission a milestone for NASA, but it is also a giant leap for RWM.
RWM was responsible for manufacturing the 2-95 Series casters that were used to transport the lander on the ground. In the article below, the journey of the InSight Mars lander is presented and there are many outstanding photos within it showing our casters.
